Jeremiah has a post on IBM podcasts.  IBM is leading the way on leveraging the ton of great content that they have … They are putting out corporate blogs and podcasts.  On PodTech we’ve been promoting IBM due to the quality of their podcasts and the potential that they provide to users.

Jeremiah points out the corporate benefits:

  • Though leadership: Folks will publish information that they are domain experts at.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Employees are sharing tips, tricks, and other helpful information using a variety of mediums.
  • SEO Domination: Search Engine Marketing power for topics they discuss.
  • Brand Lift: Even non-technology podcasts and blogs help to show the ‘human’ side of a mass company
  • It’s fun, encourages collaboration, and inexpensive.
  • Here are some IBM podcasts:

IBM Shortcuts - weekly podcast series and it’s “short”

IBM Developer – DeveloperWorks podcasts – This is good one with Tim Berners-Lee (inventor of the web)
