FoodCrunch not to be confused with TechCrunch November 20, 2006

Paul Matteucci and his family are posting great food knowledge on his personal blog called FoodCrunch (not to be confused with TechCrunch).  Paul is crunching his way through some great content and now that Robert Scoble has linked to him his audience will fly.

His site is personal but he credits his family and friends…”But my sources include my partners in crime, 3-year-old son and farmers’ market companion Max, my wife Susan, and a bunch of friends and relatives with whom we cook, eat and play.  Over time, I will be crediting them…”

This brings up a trademark issue for Mike (who is taking some time off).  There is another blog that is not associated with Mike Arrington – a site called FilmCrunch that I saw at the blog business summit.

On Mike taking some time off I think that he totally deserves to take a break.  He has been busting his ass off for the past 1.5 years building up a great franchise in Techcrunch.
