User Generated Murder

Now we are seeing User Generated Content moving to mass murder.  Dave Winer reports on his blog about the videos that the VA killer sent to NBC. 

I don’t think that NBC has the obligation to put all the videos out there.  The real issue is that with all the millions of media outlets now out there (videobloggers, bloggers, podcasters) content like this will emerge in the future.  User generated content sites will have to deal with all these new forms of content it looks like mass murder may be one of those forms of content.
