John Markoff posts about a debate on the $150 laptop initiative.   Hey I love the innovation there but please can we innovate on the broadband front please!  Lets get WiMax or wired connectivity to these areas and while we’re at it why don’t we get rural america wired up or as they say in the wireless world – “lit up”.

Lets get the net neutrality and broadband pentration discussion going then we’ll talk about the laptop 15o topic.
