I’m at the Blog Business Summit today. My wife Linda and I flew in last night and met up with Robert and Maryam Scoble last night and we chatted about the Zune interview that he posted yesterday. Also hooked up with Jory Des Jardins who cofounded BlogHer. Great conversation.
The blog business summit is very interesting. What is very telling is the level of interest in blogging from corporations. To me this is clearly validating the trend that Social Media will be the ‘new’ marketing model for corporations. Another great thing about the blog business summit is the attitude of the people who are the vendors. I’m excited by the level of integrity and comraderie among the people developing ideas, new marketing plans, and businesses.
There will be a big PodTech.net and Jason Calacannis announcement tomorrow during Jason’s keynote.
